Welcome to Mutual Saving's
Online Banking
and Bill Pay Program

Mutual Savings has implemented what is called Layered or Multi-Factor Authentication to provide additional protection from fraud and identity theft. All insured financial institutions are required by the FDIC to do so. Layered or Multi-Factor Authentication will protect you each time you log in to online banking by identifying you and verifying that you are at the Mutual Savings Association, FSA online banking site. The new feature also provides additional protection during usage at public locations like internet cafes…helping you bank with confidence anywhere, anytime. Follow the simple step-by-step instructions to assist you in initiating this new feature.

Step 1:  Log into Internet Banking using your current Access ID.  Click Submit.

Step 2:  Enter your current Password.  Click Submit.

Step 3:  First time Authentication Users will automatically go to the enrollment page.

You will be asked to:

  1. Provide and verify your email address.

  2. Enter a pass phrase for the randomly selected authentication image.

  3. Select and answer 3 challenge questions.

  4. Select personal or public computer. (Note: You should only register personal computers that you use frequently and that are not generally available for public use.)

  5. Click Submit.

That's it.  The next time you log in, Mutual's Online Banking will recognize you and authenticate our site to you by displaying your private image & pass phrase.  If you are using a public computer that you have not registered...you will be asked to verify by answering one of your challenge questions.

You can then change your image and settings anytime using the "Change Password" button within Online Banking.

As always, we’ll assist you with any questions you may have, so don’t hesitate to call our Client Service Department at 913-682-3491. Our number one priority is to keep your online banking experience easy, convenient and safe.
