I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Dru Wheatcroft for his help in refinancing my home loan. My previous mortgage lender sold my mortgage four times in six months. It was very frustrating getting automatic payments set up and not knowing who to call with questions. I also did my previous loan through a mortgage broker and got very tired of the constant phone calls from him trying to get me to refinance for outlandish reasons, none of which were in my best interest.
Dru helped me look at all the programs offered at Mutual Savings and helped me choose a loan that best fit my needs. I feel very comfortable that he made recommendations based on what was best for me and not what would make him the most money. I'm also glad that you don't sell the servicing of your loans. It's very reassuring that I know who to call with questions down the road, which is important to me since my home is both my biggest asset and my biggest liability. Why would I trust that with someone I don't know or trust? I did before, but won't make that mistake again.
Dru also helped me understand all the products and services available at Mutual and was able to help me move my deposit accounts over from another institution. I now have only one person to call with a question on my loan or any of my deposit accounts and I know Dru is going to help me make good decisions with all of it moving forward.
I have already referred a couple of people including family members to Dru and will continue to do so in the future. I know they will be taken care of properly, professionally, and they will be better off financially because of it!
