I just wanted to let you know how grateful Mike and I are for everything you do for us.  Unfortunately, due to a difference in opinion, it took us leaving you and going to a different bank to fully appreciate you.  We quickly came to realize what a mistake that was.  We have been banking with you for over 8 years and during that time you have helped us with mortgages, rental property, vehicle loans and personal loans and notes.  You are always so nice and thoughtful.  You always ask how things are going, and you mean it.  You have always been on a first name basis with us, even our grand kids.  No matter what time I call, you are always ready to help.  Your tellers are just the best.  They are always so friendly and such a big help.  You guys make a good team and work well together.
