Mr. David Hoppes,

I have been a member of Mutual Savings for several years now holding different

mortgage loans and multiple checking and savings accounts. I have recently grown to be a CAP member and started an additional small business account. I have lived in the area my entire life and mainly visit the Oskaloosa branch.

I recently went through a divorce and realized that I needed help with my accounts. On several occasions I requested my personal banker, Erika Houk, to give my accounts her attention. I further needed assistance with my current mortgage loan and gained immediate attention from the branch manager, Tina Roberts.

I contacted Tina, Erika and staff almost every day for over a month in regards to my banking issues. I always received the most professional and courteous assistance no matter what I needed or when I needed it.

I recently have been forced to close and open new accounts for my credit protection. Never at anytime would I think of changing banks due to the honest relationship I have built with this staff. I look forward to growing with Mutual Savings and have no doubt I will receive the best banking service there is.
