Dear Mr. Hoppes,
This testimonial is
long overdue! My relationship with
Mutual Savings Association began when I first moved to Leavenworth, Kansas in
the summer of 1996. During my
residency in Leavenworth, I remained a devoted customer of Mutual Savings
Association due to the institutions small-town commitment and personal attention
to its customers.
In 2003, I relocated
to North Kansas City, MO and eventually felt it was necessary to find an
institution that had ATM's a little closer to my everyday life, for convenience
purposes.
In 2006, I married
my husband James and we built a new home together.
For the next year or so, we found we were not pleased with our experience
of our mortgage being bought and sold numerous times requiring us to switch our
payment information over and over again.
As the rates dropped, I shared my Mutual Savings experiences with my
husband and asked if he would consider us refinancing through my previous
banking institution if they were willing to finance a short distance out of
their normal lending area. He was
more than willing to consider Mutual as an option due to my history and
experiences with your institution.
So I proceeded to contact the Mutual Savings mortgage department to see what our
options were, and that is when we met Dru.
Although, my
previous experiences with Mutual were always positive, I had never felt the
"personal banker" experience felt when working with
Dru Wheatcroft.
Even though I have had several mortgages over my lifetime and various
different types of accounts, I would like to express that I feel Dru is one of
the most knowledgeable loan counselor's I have ever worked with.
Dru is always honest, forthright, and willing to share his knowledge
regardless of the topic (e.g. banking, investment, insurance, etc...).
Since meeting Dru,
we have now worked with him on three separate mortgage transactions and will
continue to consider Mutual Savings Association our first choice in managing our
mortgage and personal lending as long as Dru is working there.
We would like to express what a great asset we feel Dru is to the Mutual
Savings team and want to thank Dru personally for his continual effort to make
Mutual Savings Association a step above their competitors.
