Meet the MSA Scholarship Recipients!

CAP is Mutual's client appreciation program.  Members receive cash incentives for new business and existing relationships with Mutual.  Other benefits include newsletters, educational meetings, and special promotions throughout the year...and of course scholarships for CAP members and their families!

Meet two of this year's $500 scholarship recipients:

Aaron Potter is a 2011 graduate of Lansing High School. He excelled in academics and athletics.  Aaron was a three-time letterman in football, but his passion is running.  This fall Aaron will attend the University of Saint Mary where he will pursue his passion for running as a member of the new track and cross country programs.  Aaron was nominated by his parents, Paul and Gwen Potter, who are CAP members at Mutual Savings.

Kyle Regenold is a 2011 graduate of Leavenworth High School. He was nominated for the $500 CAP Scholarship by his father, Gary Regenold, who is an active CAP Member. Kyle plans on being a Pharmacist and will attend Kansas University in the fall.  Kyle's determination and work ethic are evident from his ability to hold down a job at a local grocery store while maintaining academic excellence in high school.

Brittany Forge is the third CAP Scholarship Recipient in 2011!

Brittany Forge is a Leavenworth High School graduate and a CAP Scholarship award winner. Some of the organizations she was actively involved in were JROTC, Drill Team, and Drama, although there were many more. She graduated in the top 25% of her 2011 class and managed a 3.469 GPA. Brittany will be attending Kansas City Kansas Community College in the fall to lay the groundwork for her future. She plans to go into the medical field and may also join the Air Force Reserves. Brittany's grandparents, Bob and Jenny Forge nominated her for the $500 CAP scholarship.
