For Immediate Release:  Carrie Carnoali Promoted

Carrie Carnoali was recently promoted to the Branch Manager at the Plaza Branch in Leavenworth Kansas. 

 

Carries started with Mutual in February 2004 at the Home Office. She was a personal banker and assisted clients with new accounts, retirement investments and certificates of deposits.   In September 2004, she transferred out to the Plaza Branch and was promoted to assistant branch manager.  She works directly with the tellers, preformed daily activities with the vault and oversee branch operations.  By December 2009, Carrie added consumer lending to her list of duties and has enjoyed the new opportunities to serve her clients. In November 2010 Carrie was promoted to the Branch Manger for the Plaza location.

 

Carrie lives in the area with her two daughters; Adriana and Gabrielle.  Leavenworth has always been her home even though she has traveled most of her life as an Army brat.  She graduated from Saint Mary College in 2001 with a degree in Business Administration

For Immediate Release:  Brenda Doolin Promoted

Brenda Doolin was recently promoted to Vice President of Mutual Savings Association.

 

Ms. Doolin began her career with Mutual Savings as a Home Office Teller in November 1996.  In 1998, she began working in the New Accounts Department and assisted with IRA Administration.  Between 2001 and 2005, Brenda worked in the Loan Origination Department as a Loan Secretary and Senior Loan Processor.  She was promoted to Loan Servicing Manager in November 2005 and Asst. Vice President in January 2006.

 

As Manager of Loan Servicing, Brenda's responsibilities include servicing Mutual's entire portfolio of loans, customer service, quality control, training, collections, regulatory and board reporting.  She serves on major operating committees such as Asset/Liability Management, Asset Review and Compliance.

 

Brenda has resided in the Leavenworth/Lansing area for the past 17 years.  She is a graduate of Leavenworth High School and lives in Leavenworth with her two children, Isaac and Alexa.

 

For Immediate Release:  Tina Roberts Promoted

 

Tina Roberts was recently promoted to Assistant Vice President of Mutual Savings Association.

 

Tina has been with Mutual Savings for the past ten years. She began her career in March of 2000 as a Teller/Client Representative.  In 2002, she was promoted to Assistant Branch Manager of the Oskaloosa Branch. After working as the Assistant Branch Manager for a few years, in 2005, she was promoted to Branch Manager and Loan Officer.  In January of 2007, she received her insurance license to actively sell life and health products through Financial Strategies, Inc, our wholly owned subsidiary.

 

As the Branch Manager, Tina's responsibilities include mortgage and consumer lending, selling life/health insurance products, new accounts, IRAs, client service, training, and managing branch employees.

 

Tina is a member of the Oskaloosa Rotary Club and the Oskaloosa Junior Senior High Site Council.  Her branch is also a member of the Jefferson County Area Chamber of Commerce. Tina grew up in Oskaloosa and graduated from Oskaloosa High School. After college, she moved to Ozawkie where she lives with her husband, Matthew, and their two sons, Quentin and Eli.

For Immediate Release:  Mandee Schrick Promoted
 

Mandee Schrick was recently promoted to Vice President of Mutual Savings Association.

 

Mandee began her career with Mutual Savings in 2000 after graduating from the University of Kansas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.  Upon graduating, she worked as a teller/new accounts representative for a few months, before being promoted to the Branch Manager of our Plaza location. She began mortgage lending in August 2001 and was promoted to Assistant Vice President in January 2006. She began actively selling life and health insurance through Financial Strategies, Inc., our wholly owned subsidiary, in October 2006. 

 

As the Branch Manager, Mandee's responsibilities include management, vault and ATM administration/balancing, new accounts, mortgage and consumer lending, insurance (life and health), client service and training.

 

Mandee grew up in Jefferson County, graduating from Jefferson County North High School, and just recently moved to St. Joseph, as her husband, Cory, is a Physician Assistant for the Orthopedic and Sports Medicine Center there in St. Joseph.  They have 3 children, Rhyan, Mylee and Caylor.

For Immediate Release:  William Schroeder Promoted

William Schroeder was recently promoted to Vice President of Mutual Savings Association.

 

Mr. Schroeder began his career with Mutual Savings as Technology Director in March of 1998.  Before joining the Mutual Savings family, William (AKA Bill) spent 8 years providing technical services to Mutual Savings and many other local area banks.  Bill Graduated from Devry in 1989 with an Associates in the Applied Sciences of Electronics Technology (ET).

 

Bill's first challenge with Mutual Savings was Y2K readiness.  Bill worked closely with other staff members, retiring legacy systems and implementing modern ones.  Bill has been a valuable asset in introducing many new technologies in the bank, including customer facing ones such as Bank by Phone (AKA MABEL), Website and Internet Banking with Bill Pay.

 

Bill manages all technology used within the Association as well as property and facilities.  He also serves on the Disaster Contingency and Compliance Committees.

 

Bill has been married for 20 years to his beautiful wife Kelli.  They have a son Brian who is 12.  Bill enjoys hunting and shooting sports, working on and riding motorcycles and cars.  Bill says he even occasionally "plays" with a computer.

 

For Immediate Release:  Josh Hoppes Promoted

 

Mr. Hoppes began his career with Mutual Savings in 1996 as a Teller/Client Service Representative at Mutual's Plaza location, where in 1999 he was promoted to Branch Manager. Josh worked as branch manager until June, 2000, when he moved to the Home Office to take over the Staff Appraiser position. In 2002, Josh was promoted to Asst. Vice President, and was promoted to Vice President in 2006.

 

As the Manager of Lending, Josh oversees all aspects of the loan origination function for Mutual's home office and five branch facilities. In addition, Josh serves on major operating committees such as Asset/Liability Management, Asset Review and Compliance.

 

Josh graduated from Leavenworth High School in 1995, and later earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Baker University. He currently lives in Leavenworth with his wife, Marcy, and their three children, Kaelyn, Sophia, and Isabelle. Josh serves on the Board of Directors of the Leavenworth/Lansing Chamber of Commerce and the Leavenworth Youth Achievement Center. He enjoys coaching youth soccer for LSA, playing golf, and spending as much time as possible with his three little girls.
